Mental health care should feel like someone actually listened. Like someone took the time to understand your story — not just your symptoms.
No two people are the same. So no two care plans look the same either. Some people need medication. Some need therapy. Most need both — done well, done together, by the same team.
A thorough evaluation over secure video. We look at your current concerns, your history, and how things developed over time — and give you a clear picture of what's going on.
Who it's for
Anyone seeking clarity. Maybe you've been struggling for a while and want answers. Maybe you have a diagnosis but something doesn't feel right. Maybe you're starting from scratch.
What to expect
First session: 45–60 minutes. Follow-ups: 30–45 minutes. This is the starting point for most people who come to Weave.
Ongoing, structured therapy — not just advice or breathing exercises. We use evidence-based approaches including Schema Therapy, CBT, DBT-informed skills, Motivational Interviewing, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. The approach depends on what fits you best.
Who it's for
People who want to understand their patterns — not just manage symptoms. If you keep ending up in the same cycles with relationships, work, mood, or self-worth, therapy is where that changes.
What to expect
Sessions are regular — usually weekly or fortnightly. We set goals together and track progress honestly.
A safe space for two people to be honest with each other — with someone trained to guide that conversation. We work on communication, patterns that keep showing up, and what each person actually needs.
Who it's for
Couples going through a difficult stretch. Partners who keep having the same fight. People considering marriage and wanting to build a strong foundation. The online format works well here — both of you can join from your own space if that feels easier.
What to expect
Sessions are longer to give both people room to speak. We focus on patterns, not blame.
Assessment and ongoing support for children and young people — with parents involved every step of the way.
Who it's for
If your child is struggling at school, withdrawing socially, having emotional outbursts, or just seems different from how they used to be — it's worth exploring. Reaching out is not overreacting. It's paying attention.
What to expect
We start with a detailed assessment that includes time with your child and time with you. Parent guidance is part of every plan. You won't be left guessing what to do at home.
Weave comes to your institution. We run mental health awareness workshops, train teachers to recognise early signs of distress, and design student wellness programs.
Who it's for
Schools and colleges that take student wellbeing seriously — not as a checkbox, but as a culture.
What to expect
Programs are tailored to your institution's needs. We work with your staff, not around them. This is community investment — something we care about beyond the clinic.
Workshops for organisations — on mental health awareness, stress management, burnout prevention, and building psychologically safer workplaces.
Who it's for
Companies and teams that want to go beyond a token wellness day.
What to expect
Every workshop is designed around your organisation's specific needs and challenges. We don't do cookie-cutter presentations.
Free online group sessions, held twice a month. Topics rotate — stress, relationships, understanding how your mind works, and more. Community is its own kind of medicine.
Who it's for
Anyone. You don't need to be a Weave client. You don't need a diagnosis. You just need to be curious, or going through something.
What to expect
A small, respectful group. A topic. An honest conversation. No pressure to share if you'd rather listen.
We believe in being upfront about costs. No hidden fees.

If finances are tight, talk to us. Cost shouldn't be the reason you don't get support. We'll figure something out.
Insurance: We don't accept insurance yet, but it's something we're actively working on. We'll update this page when it's available.
That's completely fine. Most people don't know whether they need an assessment, therapy, medication, or all three. You don't have to figure that out before reaching out.
Just tell us what's going on. We'll help you find the right starting point.
Fill out a short form and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
